At 3DFloorPlans.pro, we provide custom 3D rendering and visualization services tailored to each client’s project. Because our work is digital, customized, and created specifically for your property, layout, or design request, this policy explains when cancellations, refunds, revisions, and delivery rights apply.

1. Nature of Our Services

All services sold on this website are custom digital services, including but not limited to:

  • 3D floor plan rendering
  • Interior or exterior visualizations
  • Custom property renderings
  • Image editing or enhancement related to ordered renderings
  • Other made-to-order digital deliverables

Because each order is created specifically for the client, we do not accept “returns” in the same way physical products are returned.

2. Order Approval and Work Commencement

An order is considered confirmed once payment or deposit has been received and all required project materials have been submitted by the client, including floor plans, dimensions, reference images, instructions, and any other necessary details.

Work begins after we confirm that we have sufficient information to start the project.

3. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before production has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing or administrative fees where applicable.

If project preparation, planning, consultation, or file review has already begun, we may deduct a reasonable service fee from the refund.

4. Cancellations After Work Has Started

Once production has started, refunds are limited because time, labor, and creative resources have already been committed to your custom project.

If you cancel after work has started but before first draft delivery, we may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion based on the amount of work completed.

If the first draft, preview, concept, or rendering has already been delivered, the order is generally non-refundable.

5. No Refunds After Final Delivery

Once final files have been delivered, approved, or downloaded, the order is non-refundable.

This includes cases where:

  • The client changes their mind after delivery
  • The client no longer needs the rendering
  • The client expected a different style despite approving references or prior previews
  • The client fails to provide accurate source material or instructions

6. Revisions Policy

We want every client to be satisfied with the final result. For that reason, orders may include a limited number of revisions, as stated in the service package or quotation.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment based on the original brief, such as:

  • furniture placement adjustments
  • material or color tweaks
  • lighting balance changes
  • minor layout corrections based on submitted plans

A revision does not include:

  • a complete redesign
  • a change to the original concept
  • large structural modifications not included in the initial brief
  • new rooms, new views, or additional render angles not included in the purchased package
  • Reworking the project because incomplete or inaccurate information was originally provided

Requests beyond the included revision scope may be billed separately.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate project information before production begins.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • incorrect dimensions
  • outdated floor plans
  • missing project details
  • low-quality reference files
  • late change requests after approval

If incorrect information is provided and rework is required, additional charges may apply and refunds will not be issued for work already completed.

8. Preview Files and Watermarked Samples

We may provide preview images, draft renders, or watermarked samples for review and approval purposes. These previews remain our property until the order is paid in full.

Use, publication, reproduction, screenshotting for commercial use, editing, resale, or distribution of preview files without permission is prohibited.

9. Delivery Delays Caused by the Client

If we are unable to complete or deliver the project because the client has not provided the required files, approvals, feedback, or clarifications within a reasonable time, the project may be paused.

If a project remains inactive for more than [14/30] days due to client delay, we reserve the right to close the order without refund for work already completed.

10. Refund Refusals

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after work started
  • You approved a draft and later requested a different concept
  • The final files were already delivered
  • Delays were caused by missing information or slow feedback from the client
  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than failure to follow the agreed brief
  • You attempt to obtain both the service and a refund through a payment dispute without first contacting us

11. Exceptional Cases

If we determine that we are unable to complete your project for reasons on our side, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • a partial refund
  • a full refund
  • a replacement rendering
  • a service credit toward a future project

12. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once work has started or delivery has been made:

  • custom rendering time
  • concept development
  • consultation time
  • rush fees
  • add-on views or extra render angles
  • source file preparation
  • post-delivery edits requested outside the included revision scope

13. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Review

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it fairly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving draft work, preview files, or final files, without first contacting us for resolution, may result in suspension of service, refusal of future work, and submission of project records, communications, approvals, and delivered files as evidence to the payment provider.
